The Tudor Arms Hotel Cleveland - a DoubleTree by Hilton
"This hotel was so depressing. Dismal looking bar and restaurant, room is big but soulless. The coffee machine was very sticky all over. But the bathroom floors were absolutely disgusting. Couldn’t have had a deep clean in months, maybe longer. Staff was uninterested. No cookie was offered."

"Place was dirty and smelled like cigarettes in the halls and elevators. Shower curtain had a 8 inch hole in it as well as the shower tub being very visibly dirt and there were crumbs on the nightstand from previous person"
