Clean room with everything working. Breakfast offered hot and cold items. Plenty of parking. There was a problem with my reservation and the manager was very helpful to resolve the problem.

Hyatt Place Cleveland/Lyndhurst/Legacy Village
The spare blanket in the closet for the sofa bed was a twin. It was thread bare with shredding and holes!!!!!! No way should that be occurring in a Hyatt hotel of such high rating and costs! I slept in my clothes and hoodie all night. So very disappointing and shocked when I saw this.
