"Laundry machines were loud, otherwise excellent stay"

"The room was good value for money, comfy, close to supermarket and shopping mall. It had all we needed. The only negative was the mould and grime in the cracks and under the shelves in the shower. Perhaps just need a deeper clean."

"This property was amazing! We had such a lovely time. It is such a fully equipped accommodation. I can’t believe it. Thank you thank you"

"The unit was a typical motel but certainly clean and fit for purpose."

"The experience and the views were absolutely amazing. Thank you again for a fantastic stay. If we have the chance in the future, we would absolutely love to come back."

"I chose this hotel as leaving for early flight and was close to airport. Looks a little tired on the outside and was'nt expecting much but the lady at reception was absolutely lovely and helpful with complimentary coffee and very surprised to find a lovely clean room with comfortable bed . Kitchen and bathroom in great condition. Air con, Tv , wifi, would recommend to others"

"The TV requires external speakers maybe Bluetooth in the head board for clarity and to keep the volume down and not annoy the neighbour's."

"After reading reviews on line about this property we were prepared to be under whelmed. On check-in I was told we had received an upgrade to 2 rooms for 4 people to enable us to have 2 bathrooms. The rooms were very comfortable, both with sea views, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again"

"Clean room, close to shopping, friendly staff"

"Room was dirty and stained throughout. The cupboard in our room had a large pile of dirty towels that had been thrown in there wet, and dried in a pile, as well as belongings from past guests piled up. Bedding was stained throughout. No soap at handbasin. Shower gel and shampoo in shower was about a third full and very watery. Fridge wasn't working throughout stay."

"Great Value for money ,lovely clean rooms etc"

"Great stay, just the basket ball court is too close to the units. Some people decided to play early in the morning and woke us up."

"Good room for an overnight stay."

"Last minute 2 night booking due to diverted flight. Close to airport. Ubered due to late arrival $27 / early departure $41."

"Very convenient for our 1 night stay visiting family before heading back to Aus"

"Location"

"Room was refurbished on the inside but the fit and finish was sub par - to the point where security was a concern for me. Most concerning was the flimsy thin ply patched over the main entrance door. The door between the lounge and bedroom wouldn’t shut due to bad fit / installation. Big gaps between the external sliding door and wall create drafts for wind and extra outside noise"
