The units are a bit worn but they are quiet, safe and location makes up for it when I stay in Auckland as it's close to family and shopping amenities. Parking outside your allocated unit and there are smoking areas for those that smoke. The single bedroom apartments have a private outdoor area where you can smoke.

Good place to stay just out of the city and near the airport. Reception friendly and helpful, good size rooms, restaurants etc just down the road. We’d stay again.

Grange motel had the beds we needed and the kitchenette we wanted. It has a surprisingly high rating for a low budget place. I’m glad we stayed, would consider staying again, but it is a generous 3 star. Management was excellent and very helpful/friendly.
