Excellent stopover hotel.

Ample parking. Check in was friendly and efficient, a very pleasant and helpful receptionist. Wifi and coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast was fresh and plenty of choice I would recommend this hotel.

The staff was very polite. My only critique is that the light in the toilette was not functioning and the bathroom door needs to be changed. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

On arrival we had a lovely welcome from the receptionist, and a quick booking in process. On arrival in our room, which was clean and tidy apart from a few stains on the sofa, we were greeted by the cold temperature. We attempted to adjust the air con setting but the room just got colder. We spoke to the receptionist who explained that it was still summer (1st October!) and the only solution she had was to use the heater in the bathroom. The heater was on a timer and it did warm the bathroom nicely, however it only just took the chill off the living area. The bed and bedding were comfortable so we had a reasonable nights sleep. Breakfast was at best barely adequate.

Cet hotel Kyriad, rue de l'eminée, est extrêmement convenable. Equipe top. Propreté super. Linge de toilette changé chaque jour 👍 Petit déjeuner varié tres convenable et en quantité 👍 Piscine tres agreable apres une journée de visites alentour, meme si pas tres grande ( 10m × 4m ) ....tres suffisant ! Bref un tres bon sejour , je recommande.

Un acceuil au top, un hôtel très propre Tout ceci qui vous mets a l'aise et en confiance des votre arrivée🤗 Une chambre très confortable S'il y a un point a améliorer c'est le petit dejeuner pas sur le choix mais sur la qualité mais cela reste subjectif. Pour nous c'est un hôtel qui nous a donnée entièrement satisfaction 👍 PS: une amélioration de votre signalétique d'accès serait judicieuse pour éviter de se retrouver chez votre concurrent direct 😉

Prima ligging aan de autostrade. Ruime parking. Veel mogelijkheden in de buurt. Het zwembad is een grote troef. Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Ideaal voor mensen op doorreis,maar in de buurt van Clermont Ferrant zijn er ook veel toeristische attracties.

J ai pas fermé l œil de la nuit …un bruit de ventilation dans la salle de bain , même avec porte fermée c était trop bruyant ….. La douche : horrible de constater que si l on met le pommeau de douche en mode pluie , ben c est l inondation assurée dans la salle de bain ….. Et pour couronner le tt : le livreur a 5 h 20 qui parle fort dans la cour avec le personnel …. Nuit horrible

Hôtel proche d’une zone commerciale

Chambres spacieuses avec TV grand écran. Coffre dans la chambre. La salle de bain est petite. Piscine et petite salle de fitness sont à la disposition des clients. Pas de repas sur place, mais des restaurants à proximité. Bonne insonorisation.
