Comfortable stay.

A very comfortable room and a great shower! The hairdryer in my room didn’t work but they sent someone up with another which was fine. And they asked me to move my car from the outside parking to the underground garage. No big deal and I actually preferred that option. Very friendly and helpful staff. Recommended.

Room was not properly cleaned as we could see someone had spilled a beverage and left there until we arrived. Towels were missing from the room and we had to request them. Staff was nice and we felt welcomed. Some amenities are not added to the room and instead we have to ask them. I was expecting more when I made the booking.

Charles the restaurant manager greeted us in the parking lot. Escorted us to the reserved handicap parking and put our luggage in our room for us all with a great smile and attitude. Our room was also super!

Area very sketchy. Don’t know if there are better areas in Clermont F. Staff was amazing and so helpful. Their understanding of English was excellent. Our French is limited and they were patient and kind.

Hôtel was lovely, but I do think I was over charged for breakfast. We were charged 18 euros each this seemed excessive? Also we were told restaurant fully booked but at 9 pm the restaurant was quiet and two tables were still ordering food. Which was disappointing to be told restaurant full when clearly it wasn’t .

We booked a family room for one night and they gave us 2 amazing connected rooms which made the kids (and the dog!) very happy. Tidy, neat, big rooms. Buffet breakfast was excellent (make your own pancakes machine!!!), dinner was so-so but convenient, just beware early last orders. Good on-site parking behind a barrier but not underground (tight spaces!). Convenient for a quick walk into the town centre and half an hour drive to the Puy de Dome train. Also good space for dog walking close by, in front of the conference centre.

Parking is always a problem

Parking reserved outside but on arrival we were told the parking is inside, it’s impossible to get a car into the garage without scratching it, so big argument before we’ve even got into the hotel. We parked outside. No food in hotel restaurant for vegans.

Clearly this property didn't require proof of payment as they charged my credit card almost $900 for someone to stay there after booking online with someone else's number. In the US they require confirmation of the card on record to check in which clearly they did not have.

Poor customer service

Reserved parking when I made the booking a couple of months ago but we arrived it was full. Had to park our car on the street full of stuff in a not so nice area! No vegan options in the restaurant. Waited 10 minutes to be served in an empty bar. Poor customer service & staff like to argue back. Will not be returning!
