Robes in the room ridiculously small. I am petite and only just tied around me so useless for my husband. Terrace bar and restaurant very nice Bathroom too small for the room and a normal sized person. Hot tub lovely. Pub….smelt of chlorine and would not go for a drink. It’s not a pub so should not ...

Underwhelming. This is a very ordinary hotel, despite the hot tubs, pool and spa. The decor is vile, all dull browns with turquoise. In the “Troutbeck” room there is a nasty trip hazard into the bathroom. A stubbed toe was annoying but a cracked skull would have been more so. Tip: if it’s not fixed ...

It was a nice experience there, my room was upgraded to a suite and it was great, views from the room was magical, room was clean and spacious , bathroom was clean and it had a jacuzzi, the spa session was beautiful and relaxing, pool was warm, breakfast was delicious and staffs were nice
