"I would definitely stay here again. I had an event close to the areas why I chose this hotel. I’ve never stayed at the best Western before, but after this trip, I would do it again. She was ending a phone call at the front desk and I actually complimented on how well she handled the guest. I knew I had chosen the right hotel. I’m usually a 4.7 and above at choosing...

"Liked the friendly staff. Dislike extra parking fee!"

"I was traveling to Georgia. I stayed the night before my trip. Left my car there while I was away. It was so convenient. The free shuttle dropped me off at my airline. I enjoyed talking with the shuttle driver. On my return from my trip the shuttle picked me up. Another fred"

"It was very close the airport, which was a good location"

"I enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning, until this woman who worked at the hotel grabbed a tissue wiping her nose and then wiped the counter with the same napkin she used to clean her nose. It was just a tiny spill of juice near the juice machine. I was grossed out after, I just decided to not eat and just grab some tangerines."

"We flew internationally to Philadelphia from Milan and with no connecting flights home that day. Having the hotel, literally, connected to the airport. We were cheerfully greeted, and quickly checked in, even offered bottled water-it's the small things. They even provide a shuttle to your airline in the morning. A great experience."

"Clean rooms and close to PHL. Shuttle runs when you need. Had a 3am drop for a departure. On time. Great value!"

"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was nice, and everything was well maintained. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would happily come back"

"Clean and safe."
