"The room was spotless when I entered. The reception staff made the process of checking in/out very easy for me. The room had air conditioning which kept the room very cool as it was very hot outside so I had no issues sleeping! The properties WiFi was also excellent meaning I had no trouble FaceTiming my partner."

"This hotel was such a pleasant surprise. People from all over the world. Half board at the buffet dining room was amazing. Breakfast and dinner for 7 days was only $104. Wine out of the tap $2 a glass. Front desk staff was so nice and helpful. Great location, walked to bus stop, less than one block, plus three beaches, shops, and market within 10 minute walk. Cant wait to return! "

"We stayed at Hotel Balneari Termes Orion for 3 nights at the end of May 2026 to attend the wedding of a friend who got married close by. Friendly, helpful staff, who were very accommodating. The breakfast buffet is great, with lots of options, worth spending the extra money. Lovely cocktails at the bar too. The rooms were great - good size, comfortable bed, air con worked really well and large, powerful shower. Lovely pool, with lots of sun loungers and umbrellas. You get a towel voucher...

"Room as expected clean but basic. Perhaps could have been better. Shower over bath no plug if you wanted a bath. Instructions for air conditioning would’ve have been helpful as we couldn’t figure how to turn off the first night. We were not alone. Restaurant good but lacked vegetarian options but staff were helpful only eat there two nights. Breakfast was good. Staff on reception were very helpful to find our way round taxis or buses to get to where we wanted. Spa was excellent and a must...

"This place was just right for a traveler passing through and needing to get some good rest on a comfortable bed in a place that is clean with attentive staff. Solid 4 star for me!"

"Es un buen sitio para desconectar, la comida genial, el personal que me atendió son unos crack, haciendo mención a Paula de recepción y a Carlos (Camarero). El problema de este hotel es que tenían la calefacción a tope y no la podian apagar, vino 2 veces el chico de mantenimiento y no me lo pudo solucionar. "Awful..booked a quadruple room and it was more like 4 single beds had been thown in a stock cupboard. Only 1 socket in entire room. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. No food allowed. Not 3 star quality more like 2. Glad we only had 1 night stay before moving on. Wolud NEVER book again."
