One other guest we meet called it the hotel from hell, which somes it up properly. A very strange vibe in this hotel a cross between a murder mystery hotel and a soviet area spa. The staff need to learn how to smile and serve it's customers properly, only the breakfast lady was great. Hotel difficult to get to required 10 km detour, wifi available but without internet access!!!! Had to pay 30 euros per person per day to access the pools. The on-site restaurant was horrible and staff useless. The place was a maze and very confusing to get around, and a highway in the backyard. No i would never go back.

This hotel has all the luxuries one would expect from a chain like Mercure. The building is huge, at times feeling like a set for the film ‘Shining’. It is not for me, simply because it has no soul, no character or style. The fittings are cheap, the vibe a bit large group holidays. Spa is accessible with a 30 euro fee.

Is directly located on the highway. I believe the future of the “Hotel” will be a GAS Station combined with a motel . The Smell of terme water is terrible. The all over Staff is unprofessional We left 2 days earlier/

Es wäre schön, wenn in der Beschreibung die Extrakosten für den Pool aufgeführt werden. Das Personal beim Frühstück ist nicht ganz so schnell. Als wir um 09:00 Uhr (Frühstück ist von 07:30 - 10:00 Uhr), zum Frühstück kamen, waren zwar viele Tische frei, aber alle mit benutztem Geschirr belegt und der Nachschub vom Essen (Ei, Brot, Aufschnitt) kam erst auf Nachfrage. Diese Dinge liegen aber immer an den einzelnen Menschen, denn am dritten Tag war anderes Personal beim Frühstück und siehe da alles war immer aufgefüllt und die Plätze waren frisch aufgedeckt. Also alles Dinge die schnell abstellbar sind. Der Blick und die Lage sind atemberaubend und die Badezimmer sehr geräumig. Der Spa-Bereich ist gut, wir haben einen halben Tag für 20€ gebucht, dass hat auch gepasst. Wenn Expedia jetzt noch die Info der Extrakosten für den Spa-Bereich in der Beschreibung mit aufnimmt, ist alles okay. Das Hotel ist zwar in die Jahren gekommen, aber dass Preisleistungsverhältniss stimmt.

La struttura ha camere molto eleganti ed una bellissima SPA sia all'interno sia all'esterno. Nonostante che il soggiorno sia avvenuto in una giornata dal clima torrido, siamo stati benissimo alternando i bagni nelle piscine termali con momenti di relax sui lettini. Avendo fatto una prenotazione pochi giorni prima del soggiorno, probabilmente abbiamo fruito di una tariffa speciale e quindi il rapporto qualità prezzo è stato eccezionale.

Boendet var tjusigt, sängen var snygg men hård. Restaurangen var direkt dålig, och med personal som inte förstod engelska, tyska eller spanska. Varmrätten kom samtidigt som förrätten, när en i sällskapet ätit upp togs dennes tallrik bort trots att andra åt fortfarande. När alla ätit klart dröjde det länge innan de tallrikarna togs bort, i restaurangen var endast ett fåtal bord upptagna.

„Liebes Team, wir waren vom 5-7ten märz bei euch und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Zimmer sauber, Personal super freundlich – besonders euer Lehrling an der Bar: so viel Lebenslust, hat uns richtig gutgetan! Nur zwei Punkte: Die Nachbarin ließ morgens um halb sieben ihre zwei Hunde allein – die kläfften laut los. Wir haben was gesagt, sie lachte uns nur aus, ohne Respekt. Und das Frühstück war okay, aber nicht top. Die Lage braucht Auto, sonst schwierig. Trotzdem: Kommen gerne wieder. Vielleicht Hunde-Zimmer weiter weg? Danke für die schöne Zeit!“
