"great location and extraordinary staff. I met with the owner Hesham, a gentelman who made sure that I get well accommodated. The breakfast was good and the ladies were wonderful. I enjoyed every minute of my stay. The AC should be a little colder but that's ok. it wasn't that hot anyway."

This is a lovely B and B .The owners were very friendly and helpful .Breakfast was served in the garden and delicious. I have stayed in many B&B over the years and this one is really one of the best .Highly recommend for staying in the lake cuomo area ."

"The room was a disaster; worn down bed, bathroom dirty, mold in the shower, etc … The girl at the reception was friendly and took the time to explain the neighborhood. But else the stay was not worth its money. The pictures on hotels.com are from a few years ago and do not show the current state of the room(s). Try to avoid this place if possible."

"This hotel is so utterly beautiful it’s astounding. It’s like a dream. The landscaping is beyond beautiful. The restaurants are wonderful, they even have a Michelin Restaurant ! The hotel sits right on the lake as a pristine, undisturbed oasis. Unforgettable."

"We had a lovely stay at The Edition Lake Como. The property being brand new was a definite plus in terms of the setting. Restaurants on property were solid but definitely the best was Cetino. Staff support is very inconsistent, some were amazing like the front desk team and Vasi at the Pool! Seems like they are still figuring out communication and process in the early days of being open. I will say the hotel lacked a bit of the Italian charm that we typically look for when traveling in Italy, so...

"The property would have been great only if they picked up our luggage from the bus port. It is high up in the mountain, very difficult to drag your luggage. Not enough warning provided as to how difficult it would be to take your baggage. No taxi, no pick up, I saw other guests who almost cried, dragging their luggage up to the hotel often on narrow oncoming traffic."

"The Worst Stay Ever
This was by far the most disappointing accommodation we’ve ever experienced. The place was filthy upon arrival — so much dust, dead insects, crumbs in the kitchen, and hair from previous guests that it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. We immediately reported it, and while a cleaning team was supposedly sent, nothing improved. We have multiple photos to prove just how dirty it was. We booked this place specifically because it advertised a washer and radiator....
