"Front office needs new staff who know how to interact with the public. When speaking with the manager they were bypassing the fact that their employee should not be escalating a situation by responding with smart remarks and belittling their guest. This made the experience very difficult to like this place. Smirking and shaking your head and huffing your breath and over talking and raising your voice while a guest is trying to explain a situation should not be a person at the front desk and...

"Do not book at this location. Bed had a major dip in the center. Door was crooked and I could hear the outside noises (our room was also facing the free way) completely while the door was shut and we were inside. There was an extra tissue box in the bathroom that was attached to the shelf so there was some weird residue on the shelves beneath the sink in the bathroom. "Breakfast was mediocre, husband’s waffle not okay. He said there was something like lumps of brown sugar cooked into the batter. Hard to regulate the air temperature in the room. "The hotel was decent for the price , clean and the room was spacious"

"Great stay..new carpet in room, clean bathrooms, easy check in and check out...easy access to the 118 Freeway...quiet hallways...well worth it."

"Very clean room"

"No room amenities like toothbrushes or toothpaste were provided. Parking and breakfast came with additional charges. I wouldn’t suggest staying here—it was a mistake booking this place."

"Staff were very helpful. The room is clean and spacious. We will definitely book again."

"Clean comfortable room. Breakfast had good choices before a busy day. Parking was well lit."

"Bastante muy buena opción, desayuno genial, atención muy buena, habitación cómoda, pero me hubiese gustado limpiaran nuestra habitación, no especifican política de limpieza o que no lo harán"
