"The property was good and clean. Service was great overall. I stayed for one night at the property. The internet gave trouble while I was in my room. My Wi-Fi connection kept disconnecting when I was in my room. The connection in the Lobby was OK. The technicians were working on the connection but it only got fixed next day. So I was a little bit disappointed, cause I couldn’t make it to my important meetings because of the Wi-Fi connectivity issues."

"This is a great place for not a lot of money which is right downtown and has everything you need right on Paraguay Ave. You can either pay $300 a night for a hotel, or pay less than $100 here, and still get a great breakfast, a super-clean room, and walk to everything you need. Highly recommend!"

She was always so kind with any questions or recommendations I needed! Guadeloupe at the front desk was amazing as well! She was so accommodating in any of my requests! The bar staff was also wonderful! Especially Reval the bartender who made our trip extra special! Great experience! Highly recommend staying here! "
