Great hotel with spacious rooms, friendly staff and well kept. The restaurant is great but is only open for breakfast and lunch and closes around 4pm. I would recommend this place, there are many things to do specially night life is vibrant and alive.

The staff went way out of their way to help!!!!! They even found a mistake in one of our internet bookings, and got the Super Bowl on our room tv! They are highly recommended!

Comfortable and convenient

Fabulous location just steps away from the malecón that runs most of the length of the beach. Very friendly reception and housekeeping staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen could have been a little cleaner as there were coffee grinds under a few items but with soap and a sponge that was easy to clean up. But bathroom, bedroom and kitchen and small living area were kept clean daily. Very comfortable medium firm bed with a fluffy duvet which was heaven. Parking all round property was safe and convenient. Restaurant had good coffee but we didn’t eat as slightly high priced. Only small cons were pool was too cold to swim most days and internet was not good. They did provide an extender which helped but the network fails often. Quiet location except some sound of music from bars on weekend nights.

Todo muy bien el hotel , las instalaciones , el restaurante muy bien pero en el baño había muchos moscos matamos como 20 ( no es inflada la cantidad ) pusimos un aparato para matar moscos y más o menos ya podíamos entrar al baño pero al rato otra vez como si no hubiéramos matado ninguno eso sería el único inconveniente
