"Rahman was the absolute best when we stayed at this property, we ended up coming back super late and had no food and he took amazing care of us. Property was nice nothing too fancy but we only stayed for one night. Perfect if you’re going to a concert nearby! 10/10 for Rahman"

"Sauberes Zimmer, nettes Personal Lage sehr gut, U-Bahn Station ca 5 Min entfernt. Parkplatz kostet 28€/Tag Frühstück war sehr lecker, die Fruchtsäfte waren mir persönlich zu wässrig, da würde ich mir einen Saft mit 100% Fruchtgehalt wünschen. Ich buche das Hotel wieder, war inzwischen 3 mal Gast"

"Stayed for 2 nights to attend a concert at the arena. Perfect location for local trains, trams or buses straight into town centre. Also easy to get a train to and from airport. 200m from station to hotel. We didn’t have breakfast but there was a great cafe across the road. Rooms were large, modern and clean and the beds were also great , didn’t wake up with a sore back which I find is the norm in hotels. Definitely recommend"

"Guter Preis und eine super Lage, Rheinbahn-Station 200m vor der Tür, Rheinpromenade 400m. Leider sind die Mitarbeitenden, besonders das Barpersonal, sehr unflexibel und in diesem einen Fall auch sehr unfreundlich…was nützt ein Gratis Drink-Voucher, wenn er nicht einzulösen geht?!"

"The stay was disappointing. My first room had a broken window, making it very warm and noisy, and the small fan provided did not work properly. Although I was moved to another room with a functioning window, it was still extremely hot and felt old and uncomfortable. The room and bathroom could also have been cleaner. Overall, the hotel did not meet my expectations, and I would not recommend it."

"We stayed at a hotel with our dog. Good noise cancelling. Also staf was kind and helpful. Really close to tram like 5 minutes. To the u-bahn( underground) 10 minutes walking. Also lots of supermarkets around the corner. Nice neighbourhood. Also not far from the river. Enjoyed it a lot."

"The hotel is fine - it doesnt have proper airconditioning which was not great since it was very hot. Also i asked for a late checkout and had to pay for it which i find bad service in general as i am also part of their reward programme. Then after paying still my card stopped working and i had to go back to the reception. It has a reasonably stocked gym but tiny and without a window underground. The room is spacious and very tidy and clean though. Very friendly staff."

"When I checked-in my room was not cleaned up. I've contacted to Apartment via Whats up and only AI replied for two hours without real help, until I receive the support from the real person. Finally I could change my room after three hour passed. Since it was over 40 deg-C, it was really tough to me"
