The hotel has an absolutely unbelievable breakfast! We totally enjoyed the variety of food, different cream cheeses and jams, and a winner of all - German bread of various kinds. My husband and I especially appreciated smoked salmon and white smoked fish for breakfast. It's too bad we only had a 1-night stay due to our itinerary plans.

Lift wasn't working correctly, since door not shutting on ground level, I waited 5 mins on the 4th floor and them walked down (with a bad ankle). The lift thing happened twice.

Alles war wunderbar. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, Betten bequem. Das Frühstück ist bombastisch und das beste das ich in einem deutschen Hotel bis jetzt hatte. Der Service war super nett. Die Lage ist ganz gut, mit S-Bahnstation gleich um die Ecke. Wlan ist perfekt sowie Fernsehsender. Kann ich nur empfehlen

Das Personal war aufmerksam, höflich und hilfsbereit. Die Preise für den Verzehr aus der Minibar sind sehr fair, das Frühstück bietet eine riesige Auswahl an Konfitüren, Säften, aber auch Wurst- und Käseaufschnitt. Lediglich die Kelleratmosphäre des Frühstücksalons neben einer Auffahrt ins Parkhaus lässt sich nicht beseitigen. Insgesamt ein tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Das Hotel, Zimmer, Frühstück, alles Top. chaotische Rezeption. Buchung im System nicht wiedergefunden, Parkplatzreservierung war auch nicht erfolgt. Wir haben dann das Reservezimmer bekommen, das war ok. Gleiches Chaos beim Ausschecken. Sollte Wein bezahlen, den wir nicht hatten, dafür hatten sie die Parkplatzgebühr vergessen. Das kostet Zeit und verdirbt einem die Laune. Solche Fehler können auch noch so höfliche und Serviceorientierte Mitarbeiter, die es hier wirklich gibt, nicht wegmachen

Das Hotel National hat mich auch bei meinem zweiten Aufenthalt nicht enttäuscht. Das Hotel hat alles was man benötigt, ruhige Zimmer, gute Betten, alle Annehmlichkeiten, sehr netter Service und ein Frühstück, das seinesgleichen sucht. Absolute Empfehlung.

Wunderbare Unterkunft mit sensationellem Frühstück

Absolut empfehlenswert. Ein ganz besonders netter Service, sowohl von der Rezeptionistin, der Dame die das Frühstück mit einer unglaublichen Herzlichkeit zubereitet und auch die Zimmerreinigungskraft mit großer Freundlichkeit. Darüber hinaus ist es sehr ruhig, es ist angenehm einen kleinen Balkon am geräumigen Zimmer zu haben und die Betten sind gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet aber hat definitiv 5-Sterne-Charakter. Vielen Dank, wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt!
