"Id say this was a fairly nice hotel and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The pool seemed cool but wasn't all that private - you would be swimming infront of the lounge or restaurant. Gym was very nice however one thing that let it down for me was the charge for valet parking at $60 a night. considering places like the Opus will often charge me 0$ id probably expect no more than $40 or an option to self park close by in their secure lot."

"Can’t say enough great things about Loden! Room and amenities were so clean and great! Will return if I visit Vancouver again!"

"Great location, nice comfy beds, very clean. Really enjoyed it there. Thank- u"

"All the staff were great, the bed was heaven and the robes and slippers were great too. The pool was amazing. The staff ate extra courteous."

"While this hotel could use some updates, the bed and linens are exceptional, location, and you could not ask for better staff. Always helpful, kind and remember your name. Best service."

"All good."

The cleaning team are flexible about when they clean the room. The staff at the hotel really make it. It’s not often I go to a hotel where all the staff, no matter their role, are so welcoming, personable and...

"I chose this hotel because I have stayed here many times over the years with my guide dogs. Historically, I have always been treated extremely well—just like any other guest. The staff are usually very well aware of the province's regulations and know how to act around service animals. The hotel is centrally located, the beds and bedding are wonderful, and the coffee shop is great and well-stocked. I also deeply appreciate that they provide dog dishes so I don't have to pack them. However, we...
