"The printer didnt work but the front desk clerk let us email and print what we needed. She was pleasant and helpful. The building needs some work but the rooms were suoer clean and have a microwave and refrigerator. The pool was clean and refreshing. Overall great stay resonably priced. Also included shuttle service to and from the airport as well as a shuttle fee to the cruise we went on."

"the poolside was very chill and no shortage of lounge chairs. The staff at the bar were nice..though not all of them consistent in the way they made drinks..some were excellent, some needed training. Overall, a lovely place to stay. The construction for the ground floor was still going on so that was a bit disorienting. "

"We were placed in a room that didn’t lock and given a wedge that didn’t work because of the tile floors. They were “full” so we couldn’t move rooms. We were told we would get a refund due to the unlocked room but by the time morning came they refused to refund us. "

"Pool was ok, a bit too small for the size of the resort, room was clean, AC was out(they fixed it as soon as possible) renovations around the hotel so some areas were under construction. We travel with kids - non smoking policy signs everywhere, but not followed by the guests and not enforced either, saw people with cigarettes, vapes and joints around. Over all hotel was a pleasant experience, hopefully we improve those areas because we would like to come back. "

"I came really tired from my trip and was able to sleep comfortably. The only concern was that the room I stayed had a door that joins two rooms and thank god I had put the lock chain cause the person in the room next to mine’s tried to open the door. I could tell it was by mistake cause he freaked out once I yelled. So, make sure that you lock all doors. "
