Citrus County Packages (Flight + Hotel)

The breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the free cookies in the afternoon. Our biggest complaint was that we were not told ahead of time that the pool would be closed for repairs during our stay. So the pool was only available the first night and was closed the rest of the week, which was disappointing. Also, the furniture in our room (chair) was stained and dirty. I think this property needs to upgrade the furniture. We also had trouble getting the tv remote to work, which was not a big deal since we did not spend a lot of time in our room. As for the room, the A/C worked great and it was quiet at night. Everything just seems to be older and in need of an upgrade.

The only problem I had with this place was the check in.People don't want to have to wait in double long lines in order to check in after traveling.They need to rearrange some things concerning it.

Great location, nice setup, and good furniture. It’s easy to settle in. However, there are several issues. The AC is locked between 70–75, so you can’t adjust it. The apartment smelled bad on arrival and wasn’t properly cleaned. Vents and filters were very dirty. Laundry pods were melted, the shower gel was almost empty, and the freezer had old ice that needed cleaning. Overall, it’s okay if you’re willing to clean and fix things yourself, but these issues should be addressed.

Rooms were spacious and property offers plenty of conveniences and extra activities on property.
