"The bed folded up to a couch. Very uncomfortable. The door to the bathroom did not close. No place to sit other than bed. Tiny room. Expedia website says, “ bay view “ room. False advertising. This hotel is surrounded by tall buildings on all sides. No bay view anywhere. Hot water minimal. It is preset and you can’t adjust. Do not recommend this hotel. "

"The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, but the elevators were down and walking from the 22nd floor was terrible. There is also very loud construction at 7am and that was not relaxing. The housekeepers came to clean but took all of our toilet paper and cleaning products, which was strange. When we complained to hotel management, Brian was rude and said he couldn't give us any refund because we booked through Hotels.com, even though we paid at the front desk. I also emailed management twice and they did not respond. Unimpressed. Would not stay here again. "

"Great hotel, nice rooms and amenities but the sercive in the bar and restaurant was lacking. The pool area should be open longer, does not need to be staffed to be used for the pool. The font desk check-in was quite curt, but would stay again because of the great location and roof top pool. Service was very slow."

"This is a gem of a boutique hotel. The staff is wonderful, so friendly and attentive and they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The hotel has free parking which is almost unheard of in downtown Miami. Unfortunately, while in walking distance of the waterfront area, it’s not the best part of town. I would not necessarily feel safe walking around alone. My daughter and I stayed in the Madam CJ Walker room which was just so charming. The beds had pristine white linens and were super comfortable. We walked to the Ice Cream Museum (a highlight of our Miami experience.) For the price (I paid $170 per night during spring break) it was perfect for our Miami trip. "

"This hotel is beautiful! I only stayed for one night. I didn’t get the pool view I had hoped for, and checking in after 4 PM when the pool closes at 6 wasn’t ideal. However, the staff upgraded my room due to the issue, and they even waived my resort fee, which I really appreciated."

"Yays - Hotel is clean and well kept. Staff are pleasant and helpful (the ones that understood English). Nays - shower is standing space only. If you are on the heavier side it may not work out. Poor hallway lightings. You cannot regulate room temperature. Breakfast is the same EVERY SINGLE DAY. I stayed at cheaper hotels with iron, bottled water and coffee/tea requisites in every room. This was not avaliable at CitizenM."
