"The room was not ready when I arrived. They put me in another room and did not update in their system, so this caused later issues. I was in the spa from 9:30 to 1pm and my room was not cleaned. I complained and they gave me free drinks in the bar. I returned to the room 2 hours later and it still was not clean. A manager had to get involved. The room condition was poor. "Beautiful, clean and bright 5th floor apartment in the Magical Fairytale City of Trigor. So glad I read the reviews and chose to stay in Trigor rather than Split. This location was ideal for atmosphere, food, scenery and the friendly local shop and restaurant owners. We really enjoyed the restaurant Alka right out our door from this location.
