"I was upset because my room was very noisy that night. It almost sounded like drilling or construction but because it went on very late at night I believe it was caused by the elevator and the placement of my room. They also still have not released the $50 incidental charge on my bank account. They said it would be released at check out. I didn’t damage the room, or take anything. I'm also very frustrated that a year later the pool is STILL closed. "

From the welcome bag with dog treats, a toy, and pup amenities, the smiles and ear rubs my dog received at check-in to the time we checked in, we felt like valued guests. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet and the location couldn’t have been better. I will definitely book at this particular hotel and Hilton Garden Inn again. Thank you for a wonderful visit."
