It was nice that the hotel had multiple water bottle fillers. Conveniently located near mall, shopping and only a 10 minute drive to U of IL campus. Overall, would stay here again if needed."

"For $1650 for two nights you would have thought this jenky hotel could have at least provided a fridge in my room. The staff was very nice but this hotel is a total price gouger. Do NOT recommend. "

Never attended to and property was not what was advertised at all. 2 sets of customers ahead of us in line were turning in their key cards to either leave a day early or to check out immediately due to uncleaniness complaint and room that reaked of smoke. Total disaster. Wish I never booked and they refused to refund or cancel my booking after registering my complaints with Hotels.com. Pictures online are not an accurate representation of actual conditions on the ground today and hardly could be considered a "conference center." "
