I liked that the property was newer and very clean and comfortable. I liked the personal care items that were in the restroom. The bed was comfortable, but soundproofing in the room as minimal. We could hear everything that was going on. Other guests were not loud, but random noise was loud.

We booked this hotel specifically for grandkids to have “ overnight” vacation with swimming and breakfast! Room (suite) perfect size but Pool so very disappointing? No wonder no one was at pool when we arrived as the hotel appeared busy as the water wasn’t heated , guessing 70-72 degrees and room not much warmer? The breakfast was a plus but pool definitely not especially booking for this reason!

Room was nice but check in staff was horrible. We had been at Kings Island all day got to the hotel at 930pm & even though we booked through expedia & had our room paid for the front desk worker tried to charge us for our room again. I told him I already paid through Expedia when he said “oh ok, well then I’ll just charge your card a refundable $10 incidentals charge.” Looked at my bank statement & sure enough he lied, I had two transactions for the hotel room. It also took him 40 mins to get us our room. When questioned he kept saying “its the computer system thats taking awhile.” We was also unable to connect to the wifi with our kids tablets & our cell phones b/c it asked for last name & room number & when provided it said we didn’t exist. So again, the guy checking us in either spelled our last name wrong or gave us the wrong wifi info.
Overall the property was good. Just a few minor complaints…the person at the check in was less than thrilled to be there and it clearly showed. Also, when we stepped out of our room in the morning, we put the “Do not disturb” sign on the door so that housekeeping wouldn’t go in our room until we checked out. We came back from breakfast and the house keeper was in our room! I didn’t like that at all!
This was a nice place to stay, clean. the door to the room looked like it had been broken at some point. (lots of cracks around the handle/lock). People staying near us were loud in the hallways in the middle of the night making it difficult to sleep. overall, it was not a bad stay for the one night. beds were extra comfortable.

The hotel lobby and our room were very modern and clean. Service was friendly. Complimentary breakfast was generous compared to other hotels. We’ve always had a good experience with Holiday Inn Ecpress. The only negative was the bathroom fan was constantly running.

Hotel was pretty clean. Room was recently renovated but did show wear and tear. They skipped out on the bathroom renovation. Tub, doors old, chipping paint, wall splatters under sink, wood vanity faded- old. Ceiling of bathroom cracking and chipping.
Needed a place to sleep for the night. Clean, comfortable beds and quick check in. Exactly what you would want if you just need a place to sleep.

The GM was very helpful, unfortunately they have a lot of new hires that do not exactly how to ring up stays and I got charged twice and ended up having to take the most expensive price because I booked it thru Hotels.com. The beds were comfortable but there were stains and hair on the sheets and mold in the shower -
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and well managed. I did not check out the indoor pool,but it looked nice. Beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. I would definately stay here again.

Zach at check-in was very pleasant, warm and helpful. He also quickly helped when I had a problem with the first room I was in.
There was a sewer-gas kind of smell in the Lobby. The drawers in the room I stayed in had to be forced shut due to bad installation...they kept sliding open. Also, the cabinet they were in had peeling veneer.
After i booked i was informed pool shut down 2 hours early and couldnt swim during my stay. I wouldnt have booked that hotel if i knew that. Then i was given a key that didnt and wouldn't open the exercise room. Front desk told me it does that sometimes and used her key and it opened. I woke up at 4am to use room and it wouldnt open. Horrible service and amenities.
When we first arrived to the door of our room we noticed the door frame was broken and the door didn’t seal all the way. The blinds are broken. The window ledges and shower both have mold. The shower doesn’t drain. The bathroom sink makes noises every time the room above flushes the toilet. The main desk called our room at 8am and woke us up saying there was a noise complaint. There where kids running up and down the halls until 2am. Our key fob would not work I went to the front desk and told the lady the card wasn’t working and the shower wouldn’t drain she went on to tell me how it was my fault the fob quit working. She said I must have put it by something magnetic. She reset the card and did nothing about the tub. My kids where unable to take a shower because the tub was going to overflow.
Came in for Western/Southern Open. Fabulous location with courts 10 minutes away. Outstanding breakfast with 6 hot selections, eggs, yogurts pastries, breads, waffle maker. Clean room with white bedding. Staff friendly. One of the best hotels in our opinion
