"This was the perfect place for us to stay. We rented a car and were a bit concerned about parking in a small town but the parking was so easy! The staff was kind and welcoming and the room was more room than we needed. Plus we had a balcony. The breakfast was excellent and the “appetizer” meal at 4:30 was a welcome relief. "Horrible communication. Took hours to get the check in info because the system was down to register and did not receive until after an hour spent looking for the place. Arrived to an uncleaned apartment with all of the beds used, food/pans on the stove and garbage in the front entry way that stunk. Asked for a refund and was told I had to go through hotels.com which meant another hour in the phone. Still have not been refunded my tourist taxes despite repeatably asking. Had to drive another hour...
