"It was mostly clean. The rooms seemed well kept, but there was some water damage next to the shower & the chairs were a bit old & stained. Now the bathroom in the lobby… that’s a different story. That was nasty. That’s why I took most of the stars down. The staff seemed nice enough & the breakfast was decent. I wish they had more protein options but it was the typical bed & quick breakfast spread."
"The floors were dirty, the air conditioning made noise. The person to check me in said he double charged me. I told him I’d already pay, but he didn’t listen to me. He’s still charged me and then he said it was Expedia his fault not his then in the morning I had two charges on my Barclay account so now I’m seeing if they come off."
"Front desk provided excellent customer service. Room was large, clean, and ac was cold in the best way. Tub/ shower combo had a vertical wall mounted grab bar with low threshold to accommodate for individuals who need additional support. Room was extremely quiet. Overall, great stay!!"
"Sparkling clean room with easy ground floor access, and very quiet and comfortable . No extra fees for the dog!
Only downside is no lawn or special areas for pets outside"
"Live roach in shower when we arrived. Several dead ones in the room. 4 cup coffee pot in room, but only one 1 cup pod to make coffee. Bed very firm. Gap under door…probably how roaches got in room. A/C didnt cool room probably due to location and gap around door"
"Been staying here for over 10 years, lately is either the pool or the spa not working. The staff used to be very nice, friendly. Lately we only see grumpy ladies that seem to feel miserable working there. There was a young girl who helped us with check in and was very nice. The rest, very rude very unprofessional. I am ready to change my stay to a different hotel."
