"The Hotel was absolutely fabulous & certainly lived up to expectations , We had a suite on the 14th floor . The Housekeeping was brilliant & the suite was extremely comfortable . The staff could not have been more professional , helpful & informative . I cannot name them all but Barbara on Reception . "Great location and very spacious room."

"Always amazing, the staff is the best, location great and the rooms are perfect"

"Great location, staff were helpful and kind. Housekeeping walked into our room twice without knocking, which I’ve never experienced before in many many hotel stays. That was not ideal. TV half-worked, mini fridge was insanely loud. Shoved a rag under the fridge in the middle of the first night to quiet it down and it helped enough to let us sleep. Other than that it was solid."

"The reusable water bottles with the water dispenser was very great to have nearby!"

"Great choice for 5th Avenue. The location is great for shopping. The hotel room is comfort with a warm atmosphere."

"Lovely boutique hotel in the upper east side! Close to restaurants. Shops, Central Park, & subway. Short ride to Times Square and Broadway."
