"This is a great place to stay in Florence. The location can't be beat and the staff is great. You can take the 2T tram right from the airport and get off at the Cavour stop. Walk one block and you're there. I loved the location--Florence is crowded and this hotel is away from the crowds. Clean, crispy white linens on the bed made room very inviting."

"The staff at the front desk are simply marvelous. Kind, helpful with check in. Ronnie checked us in and suggested a place for lunch and made the reservation for us. It was definitely a locals only type of trattoria and the food was excellent. The location was very close to the SMN train station. This does account for some noise on that facing side of the property. We had an 8 am flight and had no trouble arriving to the airport on time. Great staff, clean and comfortable rooms.
