"Rooms were a little older but very clean and everything worked and was well stocked. We were in a two bedroom suite with kitchen and where happily surprised the room even had a washer and dryer. Staff were all friendly and very accommodating. Lots of kids and kid activities. "

"Ive been staying at the hotel for years as I pass through P.V. On business a few times a year and really enjoy the staff who work there, especially the bellboys and all the staff at the main restaurant, the property is becoming quite dated but they seem to maintain it, I wish they would spend some money on the exercise gym, it is very subpar ! The rooms are big and spacious and the beds are really comfortable, to me the bed comfort is a deal maker, all in all value for $ it is very good, food in the main restaurant is always good, lots of variety, and finally the location is excellent especially if you’re like me and like to venture out! "

"Everything was on the cheap, poor quality alcohol, terrible coffee. Not able to get change at the front desk. It took one hour to get a hamburger and it was child size in a regular size bun. Draft beer only around the pool. The Mattress and Boxspring was disgusting. We stayed only one night - that is how bad this place was."

"We booked a two-bedroom suite expecting comfort and basic amenities, but this stay missed the mark in several ways. For starters, there was no refrigerator or any appliances at all. It’s hard to understand how a suite doesn’t include at least a mini fridge or even a blow dryer—those feel like standard essentials. The furniture was noticeably outdated, which didn’t match the expectations set by the photos online. The pools are small, the pictures make the pool look much bigger than it actually is. During our stay, one of the ceiling fans stopped working. Maintenance came and removed it but never replaced it, leaving us without proper airflow. Luckily there was AC in the rooms. The buffet food was just okay—nothing memorable and definitely lacking flavor. So we ended up spending most of our time (and money) eating at nearby restaurants just to get better quality meals. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and polite throughout our stay, which we appreciated. However, based on the overall experience, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again."
