"Upon early arrival we called Patrizia and she arrived within a few minutes to show us around the property and to our floor. We left our cases there until our room was ready and Patrizia walked us to the next road to personally show us where the shops were that we'd asked for. "Lovely traditional hotel a short walk from the tower. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Our flight was cancelled late and night and thankfully the hotel had rooms available and were able to arrange 2 rooms for us very quickly at 1am. It had a lovely patio with comfy furniture. The room was comfortable and clean. It is a 5 minute walk to the Piazza Del Duomo where the Leaning Tower is located. Excellent service. "
