"Comfortable stay"

"Friendly and polite host. We came an hour early, called him and he popped up in just 5 minutes. The room is clean and new, everything was fine and we enjoyed the stay."

"A real hidden gem! Palazza Della Bianca is amazingly comfortable and clean; simply breathtaking. Walkable to the Leaning Tower, many restaurants, and souvenir shops. Owner, Ivanka, was extremely friendly and helpful as we needed to arrange transportation back to the train station at the end of our visit. Highly recommend this hotel!!"

"Perfect one night stay!"

"From check-in to check-out, the stay was amazing. Centrally located near dozens of restaurants and bars and vegetable markets in the mornings, the property was a short walk from the central train station and close to major sights. Breakfast was continental and provided by housekeeping each day, as opposed to the spread shown in the photos. But honestly it was delightful. We enjoyed the common space each morning before heading put for the day. This is a great base for exploring the area!"

"The room is very good. However, adding a tissue box in the bath or the bedroom would be nice. The property has no elevator which a bit difficult to take the luggage to where the reception and rooms are. The breakfast which is provided by a cafeteria next door is very basic."

"Front desk attendant was very helpful. Air conditioning definitely works! Close to everything - a quick taxi to the train station. Walkable for sure if you don't mind rolling/carrying bags. It was a very quick stopover for us, but this place was perfect for it!"

"Easy place to check into and the staff was all very nice and helpful. It was a last minuet booking due to an issue with the train system, so we were quite relieved to find somewhere to check in at 19:00. The problem was the cooling system, the room was excessively hot when we arrived. We asked the staff and they said they could adjust temperatures and to come back in an hour. We grabbed a fan and passed out in bed due to a crazy long day, the room never cooled down. It was a hot uncomfortable...

"This hotel is not suitable for people with disabilities. The hotel does not tell people with disabilities that they need to bring the hanger from their car from their country of origin.. people with disabilities who have a rental vehicle. They tell them to park outside of the city walls, a 25 minute walk away if they can find parking it is absolutely inaccessible and I would tell people do not park there. Also, the staff member knew I was in a disability space assigned to a resident and still...

"Big clean room, quiet and a free bottle of wine! Not a lot that side of the tracks, most restaurants not open and the only shop didn’t sell much. Only a few minutes to walk to train station for the airport!"

"* Room was in good size and clean. * You need to bring your own cup because they don't provide any cup. * Check in was not convenient. This property doesn't have front desk. We contacted the property several days before arrival. They sent us the keypad codes for entrances. But one of the entrance code doesn't work. After contact them through the email they provided on the wall and waited for a while somebody came and opened door for us and gave us the correct code."

"The location of the hotel is perfect for visiting the Tower. The room was perfectly adequate for our purposes, with a great shower and decent air conditioning. The roof top terrace and restaurant offers amazing views across to the Tower. We had a memorable meal, with great food and service watching the sun set over the Pisa skyline.Given the location, the price was decent value tool."
