"Friendly and polite host. We came an hour early, called him and he popped up in just 5 minutes. The room is clean and new, everything was fine and we enjoyed the stay."

"This hotel looked to be recently renovated. The place was immaculate and well appointed. The coffee and beverages, all complimentary, were well stocked. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The location was spectacular, right near the Leaning Tower of Pisa. We were very surprised how quiet the room was with all of the noise outside. This place is a real gem!"

"This was our only no contact accommodation in all of Italy. There was no greeting, all contact was on Whatsapp. Some people prefer that. The room is well decorated (Instagram worthy) and very small. The included breakfast is a croissant, water and a tea or coffee, so not really worth it. There was coke in the room but we would have preferred water. The location is close to the tower and not far from the train station. The main issue we had was with the mosquitoes. There were a lot in the room...

"From check-in to check-out, the stay was amazing. Centrally located near dozens of restaurants and bars and vegetable markets in the mornings, the property was a short walk from the central train station and close to major sights. Breakfast was continental and provided by housekeeping each day, as opposed to the spread shown in the photos. But honestly it was delightful. We enjoyed the common space each morning before heading put for the day. This is a great base for exploring the area!"

"The room is very good. However, adding a tissue box in the bath or the bedroom would be nice. The property has no elevator which a bit difficult to take the luggage to where the reception and rooms are. The breakfast which is provided by a cafeteria next door is very basic."

"A real hidden gem! Palazza Della Bianca is amazingly comfortable and clean; simply breathtaking. Walkable to the Leaning Tower, many restaurants, and souvenir shops. Owner, Ivanka, was extremely friendly and helpful as we needed to arrange transportation back to the train station at the end of our visit. Highly recommend this hotel!!"

The hotel does not tell people with disabilities that they need to bring the hanger from their car from their country of origin.. people with disabilities who have a rental vehicle. They tell them to park outside of the city walls, a 25 minute walk away if they can find parking it is absolutely inaccessible and I would tell people do not park there. Also, the staff member knew I was in a disability space assigned to a resident and still...

"Overall, I had a great stay here! I stayed here solo for 3 nights and overall had a decent experience for the price. "Staff were really friendly and helpful. Excellent location near the train station. No lifts but staff helped carry my bags. Toilet had a unique flushing mechanism but did flush well once you understood what to do. Shower itself was a bit small but good water pressure, soap and fluffy towels. Old fashioned hairdryer which was a bit fiddly to use. Nice balcony and blackout shutters and good air conditioning. No amenities such as shampoo/conditioner or water but could get cold water in reception."
