"The apartment was perfect for our first night in Bologna. Checking in in the late evening wasn't a problem, and our host was super responsive to text. We never met anyone in person, but it was fine because we received quick and detailed responses to any questions we had. We enjoyed breakfast from the bakery downstairs, and would have eaten it on the balcony if we had come during a warmer part of the year. "

"Excellent stay in the heart of Bologna! We had a wonderful stay at 051 Room & Breakfast and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Bologna. The location is outstanding, right in the heart of the historic centre and within easy walking distance of the Two Towers, Piazza Maggiore, the restaurants and all the main attractions. A special thank you to the lady who checked us in and to all of her colleagues. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and professional. Our room was ready promptly at the official check-in time, everything was explained clearly, and they gave us excellent advice about the local area. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped, making it the perfect base for exploring this beautiful city. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend 051 Room & Breakfast to anyone visiting Bologna."

"One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because of the €20 food and beverage credit that I assumed I could use for the breakfast buffet. You cannnot. You can use it at the restaurant and bar for lunch or dinner, but not the breakfast buffet. Expedia should have mentioned this. The hotel is old and the decor shows it. The rooms are dated but comfortable. It’s in a good location but I honestly would not stay here again."

"The staff on arrival were wonderful, very helpful clear instructions, The room was as expected 3 single beds ,clean carpet and tidy bathroom. There was an air-conditioning unit in the room, As we arrived on one of the hottest days of the year, it was adequately cool in the room, although the corridors were warm and humid, the corridors did look a bit worn, but as were were not sleeping in them it didn't detract from our stay.. it was great we could leave our bags and organise a taxi when we returned back to the hotel and the staff were very helpful in assisting us. Would return."
