โรงแรมใกล้โบสถ์เซนต์ฟรานซิส, Panajachel

"I was notified less than a week before my stay that the restaurant would not be available except for breakfast due to remodeling. The hotel gave the option to cancel but I didn't have time to consider other options. Unfortunately the remodeling seemed to be more than just the restaurant, and the construction noise made it impossible to relax and enjoy the property from 9-5 every day. The property didn't feel the most secure with all the workers constantly coming and going. The bar only currently...

"This hotel is a small property operated and I presume owned by a family. Most of the guests are Spanish speaking as is the family. Although I do not speak Spanish I was able to communicate adequately with my limited Spanish and the staff/family limited English. The property is located about a 10-15 minute walk along a busy main street from the lake. "Good place to stay, close to things, staff super nice and accommodating. The only thing we had troubles with was the noise outside. We could hear the entire street at night and hard to sleep. Breakfast was great!"

"Todo ok"

"very friendly staff"

"Exellent service"

"Great location, friendly staff, good food available at the restaurant! Close to everything in town, we loved our short but sweet stay!"

"The hotel is in a terrible shape. Our bedroom door was broken, the bathroom door did not close and its veneer was peeling off. Bathroom faucets were loose from the wall and the bathroom shower curtain was halfway down. The hotel does not have drinking water and when asked for it, the staff directed us to buy bottles at grocery store. There was a water cooler at the entrance. Handrails were not securely attached to the wall. The pool was dirty, pieces of small debris in the bottom and the color...

"Tout était insalubre, malpropre avec de la moisissure. Il manquait de rideaux dans la chambre, la douche ne fonctionnait pas bien la serviette de douche était sale, le personnel incompétent. Bref, je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel car les photos sur Expédia ne reflète nullement la réalité de cet hôtel. "
