"I absolutely loved this place! I split my trip into staying at two different places because I was concerned about not having AC and the humidity. However the fans above the beds were very strong and it was comfortable. The place was very jungle vibes and rustic which I loved! Keep in mind this is a eco lodge not a hotel so it’s more on the rustic side but so cute! Staff was very friendly. There was a cute place to do yoga. The cenote has two docks and an upstairs deck looking over cenote with...

"Check in was smooth, room and outdoor patio was clean, ample space for a studio size. Plunge pool was able to be lit at night by switch but was not able to have filter or pump engaged. On site bar/food poolside was decent. Overall nice place to stay if you are looking to do activities during the day and have a peaceful night's rest since daytime is consumed by ongoing construction not on site but the surrounding neighborhood as the area is being developed. "Exquisite small boutique hotel. Outstanding service, beautiful rooms and grounds, wonderful food. The beach itself was also perfect. It’s located south of the noisy nightlife section of SoTu and across the street from Nu - an incredible Michelin restaurant. Highly recommend!"

"We stayed one night at this hotel in Tulum and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff was very attentive and flexible with our requests, which made our stay comfortable. Our room had a charming vintage style, although it could have been a bit more refined in terms of cleanliness. Nicholas warmly welcomed us and stayed in constant contact throughout our stay, going above and beyond to meet our expectations. We truly appreciated his help. Thank you!"

"An absolutely wonderful stay. The staff were truly exceptional — warm, attentive, and made us feel so welcome from start to finish. The room was beautiful, and honestly, everything about the experience was amazing. We couldn’t have asked for more and would happily stay here again!!"

"Hotel aesthetics stunning.
Beautiful location on the beach.
The food, incredible chefs, everything tasted fresh and the flavours were 👌
The staff were amazing, friendly and extremely helpful. I want to say a special thanks to Samantha and Jonah on the front desk for making our stay special.
I hope to return one day 😊"
"Casa Zaba was amazing! We will definitely return for the seclusion & beautiful home. We took referrals from the management for a private Chef (Pablo) and massages in home (Clara). We enjoyed each meal curated and presented on the porch table; fresh & amazing! You could hear the waves while getting the best massage you’ve ever had. Both referrals were absolutely outstanding. The management host was extremely communicative & responsive. The daily staff who live on the property were so sweet and kind & did an excellent job with housekeeping. You are WAY down beach road if you’ve ever been to this part of Tulum. That’s great as there’s a lot less noise (minus some bass at night from a nearby club, but only the top floor bed can hear it & the loud ocean waves do a good job of drowning it out). You’ll want to get grocery service or hit the store on the way if you go in high season. You will NOT want to drive up and down the road unless it’s early morning & you’re not an anxious driver (if you are - get a ride!). I prefer driving in Mexico & the autonomy to go on private excursions; the seclusion was worth the drive! Walkable eats: Loco - amazing food with pleasant staff. La Onda had the best prices and “world’s best pizza” & Fruitti de Mare with homemade fettuccine with flour flown in from Italy; O.M.G. Amazing! Take time to chat with the owner Mateo! KOOKs diving for cenotes & SoundHealingTulum for out of this worth adventures!"
