"It all started with when we arrived and the hotel staff said we had no reservation. We showed them the printout of our reservation and the would not honor. The hotel is far from what's in the picture. It's vert dilapidated and unkempt. It smells really bad. "An excellent place to stay. Clean and comfortable with three swimming pools and a game room that had ping pong and foosball. Unfortunately, there can be some noise from a nearby hotel with live music, but it doesn't seem to last very late. The timbo hotel itself was quiet. The buffet breakfast was excellent with many choices for vegetarian and vegan guests including soy milk."
