"We had a glicth at check in time and was unable to reach Hotel.Com either by phone or e-mail.
We were give a handicap room, which we did not need.
Howerver front deck Clerk Nate did an awsome job by contacting his off site Manager and accomidated us into a rugular room at not extra charge.

"I love this hotel because of its historical significance. It’s charming and comfortable. Microwaves and refrigerators are not available in rooms, but that’s okay for this type of historical place. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant downstairs was excellent. More cafes and pastries around the area than we could try during our 2 day stay. I will be back. "
"It was very easy to get to and from the freeway. Close to a selection of places to eat or get groceries. Our second story, non-smoking room, looked newly remodeled. The AC worked perfectly. Everything was clean and fresh. The beds were very comfortable and there was hot water for showers. I would happily stay there again. "

"Darling house in a neighborhood full of vintage homes. Lovely secluded garden. Breaksfasts were quite good and attractively presented. The bed was very comfortable and I'm used to bringing my own pillows but the pillows provided were great."
"The hot tub pool was amazing. Breakfast offered many options with great coffee. Room was clean and the beds were firm but comfortable (nice pillows). The bathroom was dated, the toilet ran slowly and the bathroom sink handles were funky. The cable television made us crazy as we are used to streaming (no commercials). The towels were clean, but pretty rough. $$$ for room, expected higher quality towels and sheets. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the kids had a blast in the pool and beautiful hot...
"Great front desk service! As usual in my experience, Holiday Inn Express employees always deliver! The rooms are always spotless, and well-appointed , the beds comfortable, always a nice warm shower and a great breakfast after a good night’s rest. I like that they always have good recommendations for dinner- they’ve never steered us wrong . "
