"We had a wonderful stay in Progreso! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. One of the best parts was the beautiful beach view — waking up and seeing the ocean was amazing! We also really enjoyed the pool area, which was clean, relaxing, and perfect after spending time at the beach. Overall, it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. Great location, beautiful views, excellent service, and a welcoming...

MARAVILLA."

"La Ubicación y atención del personal"

"Todo bien"

"Muy cómoda y práctica"

"The room has no refrigerator. There is no ice on property. We met some people on the rooftop terrace that said the hotel loaned them a cooler. We asked if they had one on Sunday night, thinking that there might be a better chance to get one since it was slower, but no. We iced our things in a converted trash can. The staff was very kind. Our room, #1 was right next to the office and the street and the restaurant. So noisy in the morning. The hotel was 2 blocks from the beach. Staff is...
