According to the reviews and photos it seemed like a good choice for the price since we would be in town for at least 10 days.The non-smoking room smelled like smoke, there was a banging on pipe sound throughout the night, several bugs, pillows were plastic, and the room looked nothing like the photos. We decided to checkout and asked for a refund for the additional days. They did print us out a form showing a refund and as of today, 17 days later, no refund. Upon reviewing the receipt they used the incorrect last 4 digits of my card! I will be following up on this! That is just so wrong to do to someone during a time of bereavement!"

"Front desk staff was rude. The towels are worn out and rough. No one came to clean our room the 3 nights we were there. There were roaches in the room. The whole bottom floor smelled like cigarette smoke. Not a comfortable stay at all."
