My catalytic converter was stolen off my truck along with other people who stayed here. I tried to get to see video but no help from the establishment. I talked with the police and they were more helpful than anything. Come to find out I'm not the first. I know that they have to keep business going but they could have did more to help besides take my number down on a blank sheet of paper.

The main issue was with the staff, they were really mean and at breakfast the shut everything off at 9:01, normally if breakfast is 6-9 they stop serving at 9 but they were still a lot of families eating I personally wanted more oj and the lady said they weren’t going to serve more period

Pool was out of service most of our days there. I had to buy tickets to a water park so the kids could swim. I choose this hotel because of the indoor pool.breakfast was cold, but clean. Stop serving at 900 when everything was gone.

Even though the pool wasn't available due to a state issue which was one of the reasons we choose it !, our overall experience was excellent the Staff in particular went above and beyond to make our experience excellent and I do mean all staff especially the Desk Manager who was truly a blessing to us on our last Morning helping us get transportation to the airport after our taxi didn't show by using his uber account to get is there !

The hotel was lovely and breakfast was fresh and delicious. Our room was super nice and comfortable. However, our checkin to the hotel was not a pleasant experience. We had to wait at the front desk for at least 10 minutes until a staff member showed up. There were others waiting to be checked in as well. She never apologized for the wait and was actually very curt and abrupt with all of us. At 9pm after a long day of travel this was definitely NOT what we were needing to deal with. We would stay again, so this was NOT a deal breaker, but perhaps additional customer service training would help.

The continental breakfast was okay. The rooms were smaller than the photos made it seem, but the beds were comfortable and the hotel was fairly well kept. Staff was friendly. The walls are extremely thin and between kids being allowed to run up and down the hallways, people taking phone calls in the hallway all hours of the night, "adult activities," and the person in the adjoining room snoring, it was difficult to rest.

I was traveling for personal and business for which I stayed for two nights and everything was great. The room was clean, easy access to the hotel, accessible parking and the walk-in shower was very nice with no issues. Would recommend staying to anyone.
