"It’s very good hotel but the facility is pretty old and I totally understand that. I found a used sop on the shower switch, It’s good hotel I will come again but won’t be stay there for over 2 night. Again it’s more than 400 years old hotel. Can’t complain!"

"Parking was confusing and not really clear, Club lounge was not what I expected and in all not like other Plaza's i have stayed at. Good note was that evening Bar staff were beyond excellent service and saved the stay."
