"This older home was well maintained and comfy. It was close to the centre of Banbury and down the hill to Banbury Cross and the statue of the lady on the horse. Breakfast is included and there is a wide range of cold or hot meal options; there is a kettle in the room with tea bag’s and coffee packs with sugar and UHT milk made it easy to have a hot drink in your room early morning or in the evening. "Hotel is in good location but on a busy main road the A40 , lorries go passed day and night must have ear plugs , our room a deluxe was facing the main road , was small with shower in bath !! Breakfast was good ."

"On main road, so noisy from​ traffic and people. The weather was warm and the room had no air condition, but it was very noisy to open the windows. The electric fan provided was industrial​ type, too strong and noisy too. The shelves were covered with dust as was the mirror. In the morning, the chef did not show up to work, and the waiter could not even to warm a muffin!?"

"Very under staffed , felt for the team as they were pleasant however they were clearly very understaffed which affected the overall stay. Breakfast was average , very basic and not very tasty .. again probably because they were understaffed but i would have expected more from here in all honesty. Beds were comfy .. although toilet seat was broken and no air con."
