"The hotel is nothing like what’s described on Expedia. The buildings look old, and the rooms feel dusty and outdated. There are no real amenities in the room—just two glass bottles of water, and it’s unclear whether they’re being refilled or replaced.
The “all‑inclusive” offering is also misleading. The buffet is open for breakfast and lunch with the same menu every day. Dinner service is inconsistent; although the buffet was open on my arrival day (Sunday), it was closed the following evening....

"The hotel was located in a great area. The staff was helpful and breakfast time was amazing. They have a buffet as well as menu where you can order what you want.
We tried many things off of the breakfast menu and enjoyed it all.
Lunch and dinner was a bit different. I personally did not have a good experience and the main issue seemed to be the same waiter now that I think about it. If you are having dinner in the evening by the pizza oven outdoors, beware, many many mosquitos.

Absolutely stellar stay. You’re right on the beachfront, which is ideal for pretending you're in a movie until a wave hits your ankles. The skyline views of downtown are a bit of a looker, too. "We got the suite with the balcony. The views are unbeatable. The pool was well-maintained and there's direct access to the beach.
Dann is always a reliable choice in Colombia. Breakfast can be improved, but I got a surprise cake for my birthday. The staff are lovely. Highly recommended and deccent value, considering the high prices of hotels in Cartagena."
