"바닥이 마루바닥이어서 맨발로 편히 다닐 수 있고 바닥도 아주 깨끗하게 잘 청소되어 있습니다. 창문이 있어서 환기도 가능하고 욕실안에 욕조는 없지만 크기가 아주 커서 아이랑 같이 샤워하기에도 편안합니다. 샤워기 수압도 세고 물도 잘 내려갑니다. 침대도 편안하고 아주 쾌적하고 좋습니다. 조식도 제공되고 얼음과 커피머신도 있어서 아주 좋습니다. 매우 만족스러운 호텔이었습니다."
"호텔위치가 아주 좋았고, 통영 구시가지가 아니라 새롭게 조성된 뉴타운이라서 구시가지보다 훨씬 편안하고 정비가 잘되어있었습니다. 주변에 식당 카페 베이커리 등이 잘 갖추어져있고 죽림해안도로 산책길도 비록 길이 좁은거 빼곤 좋았습니다.
호텔방이 넓어서 편안했고, 반려견 데리고 있기 때문에 공간적으로 넓어서 편리했습니다. 직원들도 너무 친절했어요. 다음에 다시 통영게 여행가면 반려견들과 함께 또 가겠습니다. "

"혁신도시 중심에 있어 문산IC 이용도 편하고, 공군부대와도 5분거리라서 매우 편했어요.
프론트직원분들도 친절하고, 객실 상태도 좋았어요. 연박했는데 둘째날 청소도 잘 해주셨구요, 추가생수도 요청드리니 친절히 받을 수 있었어요. 객실과 욕실의 면적이 작은 편이기는 하지만, 토요코인 보다는 훨씬 쾌적했구요, 숙박료까지 고려한다면 매우 만족할만한 선택이었어요.
주차장입구가 협소하기는 한데 저는 큰 문제 없었구요, 맞은 편 넓은 주차장을 자유롭게 사용할 수 있다고 들었습니다. "
"The hotel building is a bit older, but it's clear the owner has thought a lot about guests' confort. Everything is very clean especially the linens. The interior has also been updated as well. The owner is very kind. We felt more comfortable here than in a 4 or 5 star hotel! I don't want to say any more good things because the hotel may become too busy and we might not be able to find a room next time."
"바닥에 난방을 한 건지 침대까지 따끈해서 따뜻하게 잘 묵었습니다.
조명이 조금 어두운 편인데, 전 밤 늦게 체크인 해서 잠만 잔 편이라 크게 거슬리진 않았어요.
같은 이유로 청결과 관련하여 특별히 눈에 띄는 더러움은 없었습니다.
오전에 작은 미니바에서 조식을 먹을 수 있는데, 일정 때문에 못 먹은게 아쉽네요.
다음에 방문하면 또 묵을 것 같습니다.^^"
"A truly hospitable property. I wish hotels were like this. Everything you could possibly need was available to you including hair straighteners and charging cables. Breakfast was self serve which means you make your own toast and eggs is you like and was perfect. While i don't think this style is for everyone, i absolutely loved it. Parking space is not good. But you may use a next building space for free as of March, 2025.
Cleaning room, a narrow hallway, and flexible ckeck out because of just drop off room-key inside elevator.
