Worst experience I have had in 40 years of traveling…beds was hard, rooms small…waiting to check in for 30 mins while staff talked on the phones. 1000 check which is earlier than normal. Not Five star for us. The building air conditioning was off for service all four days, our room bedding, glasses and cutlery weren’t changed even when we requested, and our door deadbolt lock was broken.
