"Although close to the train station the property and surrounding area felt safe and clean. The staff were extremely helpful when trying to find a place to eat and tranportation. Also, the staff spoke English, so communicating was not an issue. We booked a room with a terrace, it was extremely clean and the veiw was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel as it is close to several site-seeing areas. "

"Omar at the front desk was incredibly helpful and patient asv well as the rest of the staff! The A/C was great! We learned we need to leave the card in the slot inside the room for the A/C to be running. The room was clean and very quiet. I never heard surrounding noises. I highly recommend!"

"The service by staff at this hotel was exceptionally good. There was a woman at the front desk who gave me advice on where to go and how to get there each morning. Housekeeping did a great job. My room was nicely laid out with wood paneling and artwork. The bathroom is very clean and the shower worked perfectly. There is a grocery store just a block away and many options for laundry in the immediate vicinity. The area seems quite safe yet it's not far from the train station. This is truly a good option if you're thinking spending any time in Rome."

"I stayed at this property twice and both times, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The rooms are well kept and SPACIOUS!! with enough room to lay out my suitcase to organize my belongings. The location is two blocks from Termini station which is a main hub for all transit. The neighborhood is quiet at night and so other guests. Bathrooms are well equipped, super clean, and well supplied. The spacious kitchen lets you relax after a long day. If I visit Rome again, I won’t think twice about going back to this hostel. "

"Can’t fault the hotel the staff and room were amazing! Just might be a little too far to walk back from the centre after a long day of walking. Also the bar wasn’t very lively which was a shame as it was then too far to go back out "
