"Lots of shops and restaurants within 5-10 mins walk, and very close to the train and bus stations. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are very clean and well appointed (plenty of hangers and towels)."

"A decent hotel only 10minutes walk from train/bus station 30/40 minutes walk to funeculor to get to old town. Check-in was easy and as we had arrived early to store bags they actually done the check in process then so when we returned later they gave us our key code at same time as bags so could go straight to room. I would definitely stay here again should I return to Bergamo "

"The hotel is beautifully renovated old building, the rooms are nice, the breakfast is delicious but we did not like the SPA that is small and smell of chlorine, everything else was perfect!"

"We really liked the room and the location. Unfortunately we had problems getting into our room everyday. The day of arrival the code sent to us got us into the building but it took us 20 minutes to get into the room as there was a problem with the code and the link and the pad and no one to assist despite their message that there would be someone on site. Also called the phone listed and nobody answered. On day two we had same problem and the handyman on third floor was able to fix it after great difficulty and frustration. Next day same issue and nobody to help. We will not use this facility ever again given the continuous problem and worry of not being able to access our room. We were on vacation hoping to relax. This is very poor management of this property."
