"The hotel is near a couple of train stations and some good restaurants. The staff were very nice and helpful and the housekeeping cleaned the rooms daily and restocked everything. I really loved the hotel. The room is a big room but may seem dated to others but I still loved it."

"Great location at Terminal 3 Haneda Airport conveniently located on the departure level. If you opt for a more spacious room, it is well worth the upgrade. Self check in is available and if you need assistance, staff is available. Luggage can be held before checkin starts as well as before a later afternoon flight. If you include breakfast in your reservation, the buffet offers an array of options. The Tailwind Restaurant offers reasonable options for lunch and dinner that include dessert! Staff is well trained to serve their customer. 5 stars +++!"
