Clean rooms and good service all around! We stayed here for our overnight trip to Alishan and were very please it was walking distance to the bus and train station. There are many shops and convenience stores nearby for a quick meal or snack.

Good location. Safe underground parking with staff guarding the entrance. Free drinks and snacks in the lobby bar. Nicely equipped room with ample space. Good variety of food choices for breakfast and vegetarian options. The free laundry facility was a good value added feature but the two machines could not keep up with the number of guests waiting to use them. Overall it’s an above average hotel catering to international travelers.

Nice hotel in convenient area

We stayed on the third floor of the hotel, which has unique Japanese-style rooms. That was our favorite part, and we even had Japanese food delivered to the hotel so we could eat at our floor table. The location is also very convenient, within walking distance of Hinoki Village and the train to Alishan. The breakfast was just ok. My kids liked the lunar new year wish activity in the lobby.

I always stay in this hotel when I came to chiayi. During our stay I didn’t think they cleaned the room at all besides just changed the towels. The room was dusty. We were disappointed!!

Recommended!

Staff services are fantastic, proactive and very polite. Breakfast spread is great including good choices for plant based diet. Thumbs up for its eco friendly efforts. Will return again if in the city. The only minus for me is that the bed is too soft for my back and air con control is not perfect.

The parking lot is inconvenient, and the hotel facilities are outdated. However, having visited twice, every staff member, from the front desk to housekeeping, was exceptionally friendly and professtional proactive in addressing these shortcomings. Highly recommended.

I stayed in a Japanese style room for 4. It has 1.5 bath. Very spacious, probably double, if not more, the size of a regular room. Really like it. There were desserts and drinks in the fridge. There were fruits on the family room table. It’s located near a busy intersection with abundant food choices. Too bad I couldn’t stay longer.

Perfect location, good staff, but it’s a very old and out dated hotel , of course except the front lobby. Once when I entered my room, I can felt a strong smelly odour filled in the room, despite staff put in an air cleaning machine for me, but the out date old smell were still there. I probably wouldn’t go back unless they will update or remodel the place.
