Good value

We like the bathtub with jacuzzi very much. Good deals and good maintenance for the room. We hope they could keep up with it.

So-So Stay in Chiayi

Pros: All Ur hotel offers spacious rooms with large soaking tub plus walk-in showers, and private parking garages located beneath each room. Plenty of room if you wanted your kids to sleep in sleeping bags on the floor, for example. Our room included a small breakfast buffet, which was predominantly Chinese style breakfast options. Cons: However, our room smelled like must and cigarette smoke. When we arrived, we were told that the check-in time was actually 6pm rather than the 3pm stated in our hotel confirmation (this was disappointing after all day on the road), and the service was just ok. Also, based on the layout there is not an elevator and our room was on the 3rd floor.

整體住宿評價良好～ 1.洗手台的水龍頭太短，開水龍頭&關水時會，水會噴出洗手台，讓檯面弄濕。 2.淋浴間地面磁磚會滑，地面排水沒有做好斜度，所以會有積水情況。

環境之品質提升可再加強

1、於旅館內浴室之場地不潔，有地板油漆脫落痕跡，好險不是木屑或針刺，否則將有人身安全問題，雖無安全問題，但會影響下次入住意願。 2、餐廳阿姨服務親切，但餐點無即時更新，可思考工作分配或人力問題，多巡視可以有注意更多細節。 3、續住已告知可先進行清潔，約傍晚時分回來，不料詢問服務人員，告知還未清理完畢，不知是溝通上哪裡出現問題，續住之旅客若離開，且未迎接新房客之房型整潔設計之順序為何？可能要再思考看看。旅館以外出如家的形式呈現，很高興這次選擇歐遊精品，在環境、餐點、服務或是安排上都可以再用心，謝謝。

很好：乾淨、安靜、安全、早餐豐富建議改善：汽車出入口四維路的慢車道兩旁停滿車子，造成行車不便。房間稍老舊了。
