Everything was great - staff, location, resort itself, peace and quiet and close to busy streets, pool was extra special. We had 2 rooms for 2 night - zero complaints.

The hotel was really nice all good the only thing to consider is the distance to down town you need to use a taxi beside that all was really good and has a laundry ,restaurants and 7-11 close

Sweet place - get a king bed - no twins!!!!

It is a lovely place, my only complaint was the twin bed - oh my, it was impossible to sleep. The following night they added two comforters to the mattress so it was tolerable.

Petit déjeuner gratuit. On a du café soluble, ovomaltineet des gâteaux industriels en sachet. Rien de terrible mais gratuit. Personnel nickel et piscine parfaite

Buena propiedad, pero no sé si solo era mi cuarto pero olía a humedad así que tuve que comprar una vela aromática, solo tuve un inconveniente, contraté un tour con ellos el cual debía de recogerme y traerme de regreso al hotel pero solo me recogió y a la hora del regreso jamás apareció, tuve que pagar un taxi , hablé con los encargados y me dijeron que investigarían finalmente no recibí noticia o devolución del trasporte, entiendo que fue culpa de la agencia pero aún así fue un mal trago de ahí en fuera todo fue muy grato, personal amable y buenas instalaciones

The local is poor. Far away from the main area in Chiang Rai. It’s hard to get a cab or tuk tuk out at the hotel. The beds are rock hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast was cold and lacking in variety
